Damaged Product

Claims for damaged products or shortages shall be made within 2 business days of delivery.


Claims for product found to be defective due to processing must be made promptly but no later than within 30 days of receipt of product. Upon confirmation of the defect, RGO shall promptly refund or credit the purchase price paid for the products in question or replace the products, at RGO's option. The foregoing remedy shall be your sole remedy for failure to comply with the warranty.
